Installing an motor upgrade

New Motor installed!!!

I am clearing out all of my audio gear, and while going through it, I noticed that I had a motor from a HW-19 MK3. The MK3 motor looks a lot cleaner and more sophisticated internally. And because it is a drop in replacement for the JR motor, I went ahead and swapped them out. Here are the pics. The original motor is the black base with the silver pulley. As you can see the frame of the MK3 motor is much more heavy duty.
